2015 Demolition Notes
Over 60 tons of materials were removed from existing structure. Removed plaster and paint revealed 40 tons of hardwood that dated to the late 1800s. 13 tons of reclaimed wood went to Orlando to be repurposed into dining tables and furniture for Posto 9. 12 original doors and frames were reinstalled throughout the restaurant.

  • 3,500 sq. ft of restored hardwood flooring
  • 90% of the original brick was repurposed or untouched
  • 3,800 sq.ft of open area
  • 14,000 sf. ft. Restaurant, Event Space, Lounge, and Rooftop Restaurant
  • Kalman concrete floor system
