2019 New Construction – ( 3D Schematic Design)
On this project our client wanted to enhance the rental potential for an existing space. Their goal was to lease the space to a restaurant tenant. Marlon Lynn Architect, PA was hired to create a future-use restaurant for the client’s marketing and future leasing negotiations.
