2019-2020 New Construction

In late 2018, Marlon Lynn Architect, PA was contacted to discern our ability to undertake a fast-track design for a new Holiday Inn franchise in Fayetteville, NC. The success of this project would be directly determined by our ability to meet critical submission deadlines. Specifically, our preliminary design was required to be submitted for contingent approval on or before the end of the year-roughly 45 days. Our all-hands-on-deck approach to this project met this deadline fifteen days early, and produced a building permit by mid-May, 2019.
