2014 | Existing construction with new addition

Parkview Baptist Church is located in Lake City, Florida. Existing building had a footprint of +/- 24,711 SQ. FT. After analyzing and understanding client programmatic needs. We were able to provide a building addition of +/- 24, 790 SQ. FT. New addition included the following: Covered drop-Off area, Lobby, Offices, Conference Room, Gymnasium with 205 bleachers and occupant load of 495 for concert/events, Teen Area, Teen Church, Classrooms, Children’s church, Check Out Lounge, Restrooms with Lockers and Showers, Equipment areas and Service areas.
