2009 New Construction
Completed in 2009, Northside Village is a 32,900 square foot upscale community shopping center on Lakeland’s north side designed by Marlon Lynn Architect, PA. Featuring soaring stone towers, a contemporary village style, and finishes that include stucco and brick, this center represents the first phase of what is envisioned to be a mixed-use development including both commercial and residential components.
