3D Schematic Design (Color Images – Not Photo-realistic Renders)

Our client on this project wanted to see what a potential property can handle on site. We started with CAD drawings to determine programmatic needs. After programmatic needs were met on the first and second floor we transferred documentation to Revit (BIM) software to develop exterior facades in relation to interior layouts.
